If your card is declined, the system will automatically try to take the payment again.
If you pay via PayPal, the system will try again 5 days later. If you pay via debit or credit card, the payment will be tried again in a couple of days, and you will be notified your payment has failed.
If your card fails several times, your subscription will be cancelled.
If you’ve lost your card, your card has expired, or there is some other problem causing it to be declined, please reach out asap to firstname.lastname@example.org.
